Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and marketing leads
- Pitch new vehicle launches, finance schemes, exchange offers, and seasonal service campaigns
- Screen, qualify, and filter interested buyers, routing hot prospects to the dealership sales consultants
- Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about vehicle prices, specifications, variants, and booking procedures
- Resolve basic customer queries regarding test drive schedules, documentation, and delivery timelines
- Follow up systematically with existing leads to build a strong pipeline for the sales team
- Book and confirm showroom visits and test drive appointments for prospective clients
- Coordinate closely with the on-ground Sales Executives to ensure smooth customer handovers
- Keep clean, updated logs of customer interactions, feedback, and appointment statuses in the system
